Hollywood After Dark Red Carpet Club and Hollywood After Dark/Hollywood Star Box Cancellation & Refund Policy

Month-to-month subscriptions

If you are not completely satisfied with Hollywood After Dark subscription products, services, or memberships, you can cancel your month-to-month membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.

To cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment or billing cycle, you need to do so through your account page on our website or contact us before the renewal date on the 15th of each month. Email [email protected] or log in to your account and click on the “cancel” button for the subscription you’d like to end.

Once you cancel, your access to our private communities and any online portals will also expire at the end of your payment period.  Please note, if you want your cancellation to be effective for the current month, you must cancel at least one day before your payment draft date.

If your membership has already been renewed and you’d like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request a refund by the 25th of the month to be eligible for a refund. If you do not cancel prior to the 25th day of a calendar month, you cannot be refunded for that month’s shipment.

Sorry, but we don’t offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped. We also don’t offer refunds on membership fees if you have logged into the membership after the fee has been collected. If you don’t like any or all of the box contents, that’s the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your friends, customers, or clients. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds for any digital purchases or memberships.

 

3-month, 6-month, or 12-month pre-paid subscriptions

Sorry, we do not offer refunds on pre-paid multi-month subscriptions or membership fees. Your subscription or membership includes various items each cycle, so there is a risk that you may not like something in a particular month. By signing up and pre-paying, you agree to that risk when you subscribe. If you find that you need a break from shipments or don’t want a box for a specific month, please choose “skip next shipment” from your account page on our website or contact us.

If you don’t like the box contents, that’s the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your friends or family. If you don’t like the offerings or services in the monthly membership club, please know that maybe there will be something you like better next month. We don’t want you to feel stuck with any of our products or services, so please make sure you cancel your auto-renewal if you think they aren’t a good fit for you.
